The Local shopping center in Puerto Del Carmen started to decorate the shops for Christmas it was very weird being in shorts and t-shirt.
After a difficult 70.3 what better way to ease your legs off than a blast around El Golfo
Well the weather is turning, it’s getting colder, and the rain has returned, I even got my new bike dirty, (gutted) This past week’s training has gone OK, not great but OK, I’m still not swimming as the ear infection is dragging on, but I hope to be back in the pool on Monday, actually I will be back in the pool on Monday.
As we all know, my running has always been a weakness, so this is going to be my main focus for the next 4 weeks, if I can sustain 4 good weeks I’m positive it will have massive rewards come November 10th.

Well, it’s 6 weeks until the 1st Lanzarote 70.3. Training is going very well, apart from an ear infection which seems to be dragging on a bit, but to be honest it has only stopped a little bit of swimming, as this is one of my more competent parts of Triathlon, it’s not done too much damage overall in my prep.
As the weeks get closer to this amazing event, I will add in a training update to this Blog section weekly, it is a form of motivation for me as well, also keep an eye on the Twitter feed (located on the Coaches Page) on here I like to add what sessions I have done on that day.
After many months of technical issues, mostly due to Microsoft deciding not to continue hosting websites, and being absolutely no help what so ever, I have finally managed to get the new-ish website up and running. Hopefully I can now turn all my attention to training, and rambling on about whatever takes my fancy
